Who is responsible?

The data controller is AxEd INTL Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202438969N, 68 Circular Road, #02-01, Singapore 049422), which operates mumexpat.com. Any question: [email protected].

What do we collect?

The site works without accounts. When you join the waitlist, we record:

• your email address and the site language you used;
• the page you signed up from (home, a city guide, a school calendar...);
• provenance data: referring site and campaign parameters (UTM) if any;
• technical data: country derived from the IP address (the address itself is not kept) and browser signature (user-agent).

No payment data, no sensitive data.

What for?

• sending the welcome email and launch news;
• warning you when the dates of a school calendar you follow change;
• understanding which pages convince mums to join (aggregate statistics).

Legal basis: your consent, given at signup. You can withdraw it at any time (see "Your rights").

Who touches this data?

Nobody but us and our technical processors:

• Supabase: the database where signups live;
• Resend: transactional email delivery;
• Cloudflare: hosting, security and anti-spam (Turnstile).

Your data is never sold, rented or shared for advertising purposes.

For how long?

Until you unsubscribe, or at most 3 years after your last interaction. On request, deletion is immediate.

Your rights

Access, rectification, deletion, objection, portability: write to [email protected] (or reply to any of our emails) and it gets handled quickly, no endless forms.

Cookies

Today mumexpat.com only uses essential cookies and storage:

• Cloudflare Turnstile: anti-spam protection on the signup forms;
• local storage to remember your preferences (cookie choice, comparator PDF unlock);
• a session cookie limited to the internal admin area (team only).

Audience measurement and marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta pixel) may be added later: they will load only if you accept them through the consent banner. Refusing changes nothing about your use of the site.

This policy will evolve with the product (accounts, community). Every update is dated at the top of this page, and significant changes will be announced by email.
